Check-in & Check-out time:

For night stay packages, the check-in time is 12:O’ Clock afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 am. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. For day packages, the check-in time and check-out time are as follows:

Full Day Picnic – Check-in time is 08:30 AM and Check-out time is 08:30 PM
Half Day Picnic (With Lunch & Dinner) – Check-in time is 11:00 AM and Check-out time is 08:30 PM)
Half Day Picnic (With Breakfast & Lunch) – Check-in time is 08:30 AM and Check-out time is 05:00 PM)

Extra Person Charges

For night stay packages, extra person charges is Rs. 1,000 per person per night.

Government Taxes/Charges

GST and other government taxes/charges are to be paid extra and applicable as per government directives.

Payments

25% advance payment at the time of booking and remaining payment at the time of check-in.

Mode of Payment

We accept cash and online payments including UPI Payments currently and we do not accept payments by personal Cheques.

Booking Amendments

Amendment / changes of bookings is allowed until only 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date and time of arrival as per initial booking. Request will be considered as per availability. Booking amendment charges of 10% of the total booking fees shall be levied for the same per amendment.

Cancellations

For cancellation done before 7 days of the date and time of arrival as per initial booking, there will be no cancellation charges. For cancellation done between 7 to 1 day (24 hours) prior to the date and time of actual arrival as per initial booking, cancellation charges shall be 15%. For cancellation done within 24 hours of the date and time of arrival, there will be no refund.

In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount will not be refundable.

Other Terms and Conditions

It is mandatory for all customers/visitors and their guests to share their government recognized ID’s (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Election ID) during check-in at the resort as per government orders. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa with local contact details.
While using the swimming pool and splash pool, it is mandatory to use proper swimming costume
Sports shoes are mandatory while using the sports facilities.
Smoking, alcohol, gambling, contraband goods, drugs, etc. – are all strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
We do not allow visitors entry to guest rooms.
Non-Vegetarian food & outside food and beverage is not allowed in the resort premises.
In case of early arrival at Resort, guests can pay early check-in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check-in time as prescribed.
In case of late arrival at Resort, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.
Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
We do not allow pets in resort premises.
For children’s up-to 4 years of age there are no charges if they are accompanied by their parents or guardians
In case of any damage done to the property of the resort it would be the sole responsibility of the guests & he/she/they will have to bear the cost for the same and pay the same on the spot as demanded by the management staff.
Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guests present.
Management is not responsible for the loss of the personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewelry, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals, and similar valuables at their own risk.
Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
Disputes are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
The management reserves the right to add, or alter or amend any of the above policy, terms, conditions, and rules at any point of time without prior notice.
